BANGKOK, Thailand – As a special New Year 2026 gift, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation is inviting everyone to explore national parks, forest parks, botanical gardens, and arboretums across the country free of charge.
The fee waiver applies from December 31, 2025, to January 1, 2026, allowing visitors to enjoy natural attractions nationwide without an entrance charge during the New Year holiday.
The Department advises visitors to check for updates on any temporary closures of tourist sites within national parks. Closures may occur for resource rehabilitation, disaster monitoring, or site improvements. More information is available through the Department’s official channels. (NNT)
