BANGKOK, Thailand – Thailand to discover top models with authentic Thai faces for global runways
Thailand is searching for authentic “Thai face” models through its first-ever modeling contest, “Thai Face Top Model,” which will pave the way for their professional career in the global modeling industry. The project aims to promote real Thai beauty and identity that will shine on international stages.
The project was launched on May 21 at the press conference held by the Thailand Creative Culture Agency, in collaboration with the Government Public Relations Department, at the Dusit Thani Hotel Bangkok.
The modeling contest serves as a stage for every Thai national between the ages of 18 to 30 years, with no gender restriction. Applicants should have real Thai beauty, without surgery. Qualified candidates will enter a reality contest show. Each week, candidates will receive training in necessary areas and will undergo a variety of tests, while gradually being eliminated until the final three remain. The three winners will get prizes and various opportunities, such as working with modeling agencies in New York for one year, with salary and accommodation provided.
