BANGKOK, Thailand – Siam Paragon, in collaboration with the SUPPORT Foundation and the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, is holding “Phrae Pastra Boromrajininat—A Tribute to Her Majesty the Queen Mother Through Thai Textiles and Cultural Heritage” from now until August 12 at Parc Paragon.

The exhibition, supported by Siam Commercial Bank, honors Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s lifelong work in preserving Thai handicrafts and cultural heritage. “From Court Dress to National Pride” showcases the development of eight national dress styles created and popularized by Her Majesty, along with information on auspicious colors and traditional beliefs.

The “Behind the Scenes of Khon” section features a life-like Khon stage, original props, artisan sketches, and the rare Tosakan on Elephant-back masterpiece by National Artist Prof. Sutsakorn Chaisamae. Daily Khon performances at 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. bring legendary Ramakien scenes to life.

Workshops invite visitors to explore gold leaf Khon art, traditional Thai draping, “Dress Me Up in Thai Fabric” sessions, and the creation of embroidered Mother’s Day cards. The event also offers silk textiles, accessories, and regional delicacies from royal project networks.
