Participants who collect stamps from all 156 national parks in Thailand will be rewarded with unlimited free entry to any national park for one year, along with four complimentary nights of accommodation in national and forest parks.

The Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP) has unveiled a new tourism challenge titled ‘Passport to Thailand National Parks’. Participants who collect stamps from all 156 national parks in Thailand will be rewarded with unlimited free entry to any national park for one year, along with four complimentary nights of accommodation in national and forest parks.

DNP Director-General Athapol Charoenshunsa stated that this campaign aims to encourage the exploration of Thailand’s natural diversity and aligns with the government’s agenda to boost tourism. The DNP passport, a long-standing feature popular among park visitors, is now offering prizes for the first time.

Those completing the challenge will not only receive year-round free park entries but also a waiver for accommodation fees for two nights during two separate visits within the prize period. This waiver is applicable for lodgings that accommodate up to four people.

Winners will also be awarded a special stamp, various souvenirs, and a signature from the DNP chief. For more information about the campaign and its prizes, park visitors can contact the DNP through its Hotline 1362. (NNT)
