Four-day celebration to feature regional cuisine, crafts, and performances honoring the King and Queen Mother.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Ministry of Culture is hosting the National Cultural Expo 2025: Thai Ways, Local Wisdom from July 27 to 30 at CentralWorld, celebrating Thailand’s diverse regional traditions through music, cuisine, crafts, and cultural performances. Open to the public, the four-day event promises a rich experience for visitors of all ages, including tourists, families, and content creators.

Organized to honor His Majesty the King and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, the expo also supports Thailand’s cultural economy by showcasing the value of local heritage and community-made products. The Ministry has coordinated with artists and entrepreneurs from all four regions to bring authentic local experiences to the capital.

All four regions, including North, Northeast, Central-East, and South, will be represented through traditional performances, regional dishes, and handcrafted goods. Highlights include live demonstrations, music from renowned Thai artists, and exhibits showcasing artisanal work and local cuisine.

Hands-on workshops, designed to support local artisans and inspire cultural pride, will offer visitors the opportunity to learn traditional crafts, from textiles to ceramics, while encouraging greater understanding and appreciation of Thai identity.

The event, intended as a one-stop cultural journey through Thailand’s 76 provinces, is expected to attract international visitors and promote tourism. More information, including the full event schedule, is available on the Ministry of Culture’s website, social media platforms, or through the Culture Hotline at 1765. (NNT)
