‘Let’s Cook Thai Food’ workshop in Islamabad by Chef Bombay

Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Sticky Rice with Thai Custard were taught to the students including the stories and traditions behind each dish.

The students at College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) had a knowledge-filled and an enjoyable time learning how to cook Thai food in a culinary workshop by Chef Kittipat Jankaew or Chef Bombay who is Master Chef at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Islamabad. Thai Ambassador Chakkrid Krachaiwong and delegates welcomed the group to the learning kitchen.

Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Sticky Rice with Thai Custard were taught to the students including the stories and traditions behind each dish. As tourism in Pakistan is growing and hospitality services are in high demand, the Embassy also explored further cooperation between Culinary and hospitality institutes of both countries in exchange of lecturers and students.
