
BANGKOK, Thailand – The Islamic Bank of Thailand (iBank) is bringing international financial leaders to Bangkok for a special forum, held in conjunction with the IMF and World Bank Group Annual Meetings.

The forum aims to connect global banking networks with local institutions to build financial resilience and drive long-term economic growth. The program opens with keynote speeches by Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser, President of the Islamic Development Bank Group, and Arun Boonchom, Sheikhul Islam of Thailand. Panels with regional experts from Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia will follow, exploring practical ways Islamic financial models can support sustainable investment.
