Rising Toll — Thailand’s Health Ministry confirms 14 dead and 46 injured as border conflict with Cambodia intensifies.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Ministry of Public Health reports that as of midday Friday, the border conflict has resulted in 14 deaths and 46 injuries among civilians and soldiers.

According to the latest report, 13 civilians have been killed. An additional 32 civilians were injured, with seven listed in critical condition, 13 in moderate condition, and 12 with minor injuries.

Among military personnel, there has been one death. A total of 14 soldiers have been injured, including six in critical condition, five in moderate condition, and three with minor injuries. (NNT)
