CP ALL presents to government 14 million baht in donation for Nepal quake victims

BANGKOK, 4 June 2015 (NNT) Thailand’s leading convenient store operator, CP ALL, has presented its cash donation to the government who will deliver the sum to Nepal for victims of the recent deadly earthquake.

Minister of Prime Minister’s Office M.L. Panadda Diskul welcomed Mr. Korsak Chairasmisak, Chairman of Executive Committee of CP All Public Company Limited, and other company executives who visited the Parliament to meet Prime Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha.

The CP All management’s visit was intended to present the money which members of the public have donated through all 7-Eleven stores and Counter Service units operated by the company across the country.

A total amount of 14 million baht has been collected under the government’s initiated campaign “Hua Jai Thai – Song Pai Nepal”, which literally translates into “the Hearts of Thailand – Delivered to Nepal”.

Along with donations through other state and private agencies, the Prime Minister will deliver a total of 4 million dollars to Nepal on Thursday to help the people of Nepal who have been hit by the deadly quake.
