
BANGKOK, Thailand – Police and forensic officials are investigating the deaths of a man and woman found inside a parked car in Soi Bang Waek 15, Phasi Charoen district, Bangkok, on July 4. The bodies of a 45-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman were discovered inside a grey Honda Accord parked in the area around midday, prompting a full forensic examination. Initial reports from investigators noted that personal items and various objects were found inside the vehicle, which have been collected as evidence for further analysis.
Relatives of both deceased individuals have since been notified and have received the bodies from Siriraj Hospital. Funeral arrangements are being made separately according to their respective religious traditions, with both families expressing deep grief over the incident. According to preliminary autopsy results from forensic doctors at Siriraj Hospital, the cause of death is believed to be related to circulatory and respiratory system failure. However, authorities have stated that further toxicology and detailed forensic tests are required to determine the exact circumstances. Police continue to examine all evidence and circumstances surrounding the case as part of an ongoing investigation.
