
BANGKOK, Thailand – Authorities are encouraging eligible voters to participate in the upcoming by-election to strengthen democratic engagement at the local level.
The Election Commission is urging eligible voters to cast their ballots in the upcoming by-election for Nakhon Si Thammarat Constituency 8, which will fill a vacant Member of Parliament seat. The election is scheduled for this Sunday, April 27th, from 8AM to 5PM, covering Phipun District, Chawang District, Chang Klang District, and Nabon District.
Voters can check their eligibility and polling station details via the Smart Vote application. For those unable to vote on election day, they may submit a valid reason for their absence between now and April 26, or during the post-election period from April 28 to May 4.
