TasteAtlas recently launched its annual rankings, unveiling a delectable world of cuisines, dishes, food cities, products, and ingredients.

Leading the charge in the esteemed “100 Best Cuisines in the World” category is the unparalleled Italian cuisine, closely trailed by Japanese and Greek cuisines in the second and third spots. The top 10 showcases the culinary brilliance of Portugal, China, Indonesia, Mexico, France, Spain, and Peru. Notably, Thai cuisine claims the 17th spot, securing a well-deserved spot in this global culinary ranking.



Shifting the focus to individual delights, the “100 Best Dishes in the World” presents a diverse array of culinary gems. Brazil’s Picanha claims the crown, while Malaysian Roti Canai and Thai Phat Kaphrao earn the second and third positions. Standout mentions include Italy’s iconic Pizza Napoletana, China’s Guotie, Thailand’s Khao soi, and India’s Butter Garlic Naan.



Thai culinary mastery is showcased prominently with dishes such as Phat Kaphrao (4th), Khao Soi (6th), Phanaeng Curry (10th), Tom Kha Gai (15th), and Massaman Curry (73rd), making their mark on the global culinary stage.
