100 high-paying Singapore Airlines cabin crew positions open to Thai women

BANGKOK, Thailand – The government is expanding overseas career opportunities for its citizens, with 100 cabin crew positions now open for Thai women with Singapore Airlines Limited. The recruitment supports the Ministry of Labour’s ongoing drive to increase lawful overseas employment and raise income prospects for Thai workers and their families.



The Department of Employment announced that applications will open on February 16 and close on March 6 through the airline’s official website. Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of 1,550 Singapore dollars, or about 38,000 baht per month, under a five-year contract.

Deputy Government Spokesperson Airin Phanrit, the employment package includes accommodation for the first seven days, meal allowance support, one-way airfare from Bangkok to Singapore upon signing the contract, return airfare at the end of the contract, 21 days of annual leave, insurance coverage, and professional training in line with Singapore regulations.


Recruitment is conducted through a government-to-worker placement system, providing safeguards against illegal brokerage and service fees. Applicants are not required to pay placement charges; only basic preparation expenses, such as documentation and passport fees, are estimated at 1,600 baht.

Eligible applicants must be Thai women at least 158 centimeters tall, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, have strong English proficiency, and be willing to work in Singapore. (NNT)
