Pattaya councilor celebrates 60th birthday

At a party held at the Hollywood Pub Pattaya, Sukumol Kunplome and Sonthaya Kunplome, both former Ministers of culture, present flowers to Wichai Rodpia (right), a member of Pattaya Council on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
