Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi office recently organized a familiarization (FAM) trip “Discover Thainess” bringing frontline tours and travel agents from New Delhi, India to experience new attractions and tourism products in Koh Chang, Pattaya and Bangkok. Hilton Pattaya General Manager Rudolf Troestler (centre), along with Director of Sales Napatsawan Sithirangsun (left), and Sales Manager – Leisure Ponsin Tree-Ngam (right), welcomed them on their visit to the hotel.
