The Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism (DASTA) in co-operation with Prasae Community and the Green Hotel Association recently organised ecotourism activities in Pak Nam Prasae Community, Rayong Province. Participants experienced the local Pak Nam Prasae fisherman community, learnt about the mangrove ecosystem, and planted mangroves at Plook-Pan-Pong Learning and Conservation Centre. Neoh Kean Boon GM of Dusit Thani Pattaya and Thitipat Chirayunon, Marketing Communications Manager represented the hotel industry in this eco-preservation exercise.
