Neoh Kean Boon (left), resident manager of Dusit Thani Pattaya and Arum Chaisomsri (2nd right), training manager are joined by the hotel management and Dusit International management trainees who recently paid a visit to the resort as well as the dusit d2 property for inspection and familiarization of the city. Hotel GM Chatchawal Supachayanont gave them a pep talk for encouragement and understanding of hotel management perspectives. The management trainees are composed of university graduates with a bachelor’s degree and some are Dusit employees who decided to enter the program to study among others, the integration of theories, operational principles and practices into project presentation to the corporate executives’ level.
