PACE Development Corporation Plc recently signed a contract with Thai Obayashi Corp. Ltd., one of Thailand’s leading contractors, for the latter to undertake the structural work of MahaSamutr, a high-end villa and Hua Hin Country Club resort development that is set to become a new landmark in the resort town.

Located on a 120-rai plot of land at Hua Hin Soi 112, the project is set around Asia’s largest man-made clear-water lagoon covering an area of 45 rai.  MahaSamutr will feature 90 villas, each covering 550-600 square metres on a 200-square wah plot.  Prices start from THB 35 million.  To ensure crystal-clear, turquoise water in the lagoon pool, the company has commissioned Crystal Lagoons to constantly monitor and maintain the lagoon’s water condition.
