Haven Consultants Monthly Medal
The Haven Consultants Monthly Medal was held Wednesday at Rayong Green Valley in superb conditions for golf. Weather-wise and the condition of the course were both perfect.
Ladies first. With 3 groups playing for the much coveted trophy, the scoring was hot. Miss Noodle’s 70 nett took only 3rd place. Miss Lynn scored a fantastic 67 nett, only to take 2nd place. Miss Thip shot the lights out, earning a gross score of 79 off her 16 handicap to score a net 63. She took the trophy and shirt to go with it. It was a great score indeed and well done.
There were two 2s coming from Miss Am and Miss Thip.
In the men’s competition, the scoring wasn’t so bad either with Peter Nixon taking 3rd place with a net 72. Jim Glossop took 2nd place with a net 70.
Wayne Cotterell won his second trophy this year with a net 69.
Two 2s came from Wayne Cotterell and Jeff North.
