PSC golf from Café Kronborg

Tuesday, Feb. 26, Plutaluang – Stableford

It was off to the Thai Navy Plutaluang golf course today – 40 minutes en-route, a quick check-in by the ever friendly reception staff and off to see the starter where we found out that our booked nines (west and north) had a Faldo youth competition.  Instead we went to the E1 tee and were accommodated in a timely fashion.

We teed off about 10 minutes late under very sunny skies and a cooling breeze.  The course was in great condition with the usual slowish greens.

Back in the clubhouse after a quick round of 4 hours and 25 minutes welcomes went out to Henrik Aagaard and Soren Gottschaick, both from Denmark, and goodbyes were said to Susanne and Svend Gaarde, back Denmark.

Thursday, Feb. 28, Treasure Hill – Stableford

Treasure Hill was the game today and we got off the first tee 5 minutes early under partly cloudy skies and hot conditions.  We were behind many groups of Thai golfers who were playing in 5 or 6-balls but fortunately they were all using carts.  The course on the day was in fine condition.
