PATTAYA, Thailand –Helmet Heroes Thailand, founded by Savvy Rick Brown, in a groundbreaking collaboration with the Pattaya Police, has set a new Guinness World Record for the Largest Road Safety Lesson. On September 3, 2025, the ambitious initiative successfully delivered essential road safety education to 7,744 students across seven local schools in a single day, significantly surpassing the previous record of 4,178 participants held by Suzuki Philippines Inc.

The event was led by Police Lieutenant Colonel Panupong Nimsuwan and his dedicated team of officers, who conducted training sessions focused on helmet safety and traffic awareness. The partnership highlights a powerful community-focused approach to tackling road safety challenges in the region.

“Helmet Heroes’ mission is to provide TIS-certified motorcycle helmets to school communities with road safety education,” said Rick Brown, Founder of Helmet Heroes Thailand. “We partner with local merchants to reward helmet usage through our hero reward program. Working with the Pattaya Police has been an amazing collaboration. They understand our vision to educate and protect our local communities.”

The Pattaya Police were instrumental in the planning and execution of the record-setting day, demonstrating a deep commitment to proactive community engagement.

“The safety of our children is our highest priority,” stated Police Lieutenant Colonel Panupong Nimsuwan. “Partnering with Helmet Heroes Thailand allows us to amplify our efforts and reach thousands of students with critical, life-saving education. Setting a world record is a remarkable milestone, but the true victory is knowing that 7,744 young people are now better equipped to stay safe on our roads. This initiative is a powerful example of proactive community policing, and we are proud to have led this successful operation.”

“At Ducati, we believe that true passion for riding begins with a deep respect for safety,” said Adrien Simon, CFO of Ducati Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. “By placing helmets in the hands of children, we’re not just protecting future riders—we’re planting the seeds of a safety-first mindset that will shape how they walk, ride, and drive for years to come.

This initiative reflects our commitment to building a road culture where responsibility is shared by all—from seasoned motorcyclists to the youngest members of our communities. We’re proud to have reached so many young minds , knowing that each child who learns these lessons becomes a voice for safer roads tomorrow.”
