The afternoon of Halloween was a very exciting time at the Father Ray Day Care Center as the older children had their faces painted in a variety of animals, pirates and ghosts. The children ran around scaring each other and everyone was having a great time until they went downstairs to visit the younger children, who all ran crying and screaming for cover when they saw what was coming towards them.
Chaos ensued as the older children, forgetting their painted faces, tried to comfort the younger children whose screams just got louder.
Things soon went very quiet when a delivery man from IKEA in Bangna arrived, carrying several boxes of blueberry muffins, courtesy of the stores manager.
Within seconds the tears and screaming had ceased and there was silence.
IKEA’s blueberry muffins were delicious.
Unfortunately the younger children were terrified.
Face painting is better than learning English.
