A Nonthaburi university student died after his car slammed into a tree in Sattahip District and exploded in flames.
Rittiporn Fufeung, 23, was trapped inside his Toyota Camry in the 4 a.m. March 9 crash at the 166-kilometer marker of Sukhumvit Road in Bang Saray.
Witnesses said Rittiporn, a student at Sukhothai Thammathirat University, was speeding down Sukhumvit when his left front tire blew. He lost control of the vehicle and slammed at full speed into the tree and the car burst into flames.
