Thieves have victimized the volunteer medics of the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation again, stealing the air-conditioner compressor from their Sukhumvit Road booth for the second time.
Booth boss Winai Kwanreangjai, 35, said the new compressor was installed at the Naklua booth where paramedics and rescuers are staged to allow fast response after the previous air-conditioner was stolen.
Burglars that time also took the volunteers’ television and sound system.
Sawang Boriboon supporters were aghast that someone would show such disrespect to volunteers who donate their time and effort for the public’s good.
