Looks like someone took ‘riding off into the sunset’ a bit too literally! Police haul away a motorcycle missing its wheels, courtesy of a mysterious thief with a knack for ‘wheel-y’ odd antics.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Banglamung police made a curious discovery near Wat Nong Yai Temple in Naklua on March 23: an abandoned Honda Wave 125, its wheels removed and left in a precarious state. Further investigation uncovered that the motorcycle had been reported stolen the previous night.

Owner Theerayut Chaibut, 20, confirmed the motorcycle’s ownership and recounted parking it at the temple during an event, only to find it missing upon his return, prompting a report to the police.

Despite the bizarre theft, Theerayut expressed relief at the motorcycle’s recovery. Authorities have launched a thorough investigation, including a review of CCTV footage, to track down the culprit responsible for the theft and vandalism.
