PATTAYA  Thailand – Samae San, a traditional fishing village south of Pattaya in Sattahip District, has provided adult diapers to residents requiring long-term care, helping ease the burden on families and improve quality of life for vulnerable community members. Samae San Mayor Prasert Phithakkorn, together with municipal executives, council members and officials, visited residents as part of the 2026 Adult Diaper Support Project.

The team delivered adult diapers to nine dependent residents across Villages 1–4. The support aims to reduce household expenses while promoting better hygiene, comfort and wellbeing for elderly residents and patients requiring special care. Municipal officials said the initiative reflects the continued commitment to reaching residents in need and providing practical support directly to families in the community.
