RAYONG, Thailand – Police in Pluak Daeng have dismantled a major motorcycle theft network, recovering eight stolen motorcycles and arresting three suspects during an operation on August 5. The operation was carried out by the Pluak Daeng investigation team under the direction of Pol. Lt. Gen. Suchart Dusadee, who said authorities had been conducting proactive investigations into a suspected motorcycle theft group operating in the area. Investigators gathered intelligence, monitored suspected activities, and expanded the investigation before identifying and arresting members of the network.
Two Cambodian nationals and one Thai suspect were taken into custody, while eight motorcycles believed to have been stolen were seized as evidence. Police said the operation was part of ongoing efforts to prevent crimes and ensure that organized criminal groups have no place in society.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the network and examine whether additional suspects or stolen vehicles are connected to the case.
