Considering all the jet skis that Pattaya Beach vendors claim are damaged by tourists, there’s must be a great need for repair services. Enter Pattaya Technical College.
Political advisor to the prime minister Sonthaya Kunplome kicked off the third year of the vocational college’s engine maintenance and electronic repair courses for jet skis with technicians from the Pattaya Jet Ski Club, Prajub Service Shipyard, former politicians and navy officials.
School Director Chartchai Talunjan said the short-term courses are popular because of all the jet skis available for rent in Pattaya and Jomtien beaches.
The courses, he said, were organized to comply with the government’s policy to support educational institutes to run short courses to develop skills and expertise in the labor force.
