PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya municipal officers responded to a report involving an elderly foreign man who appeared intoxicated and was reportedly defecating in public at Grand Hall Market in South Pattaya. The man appeared unable to look after himself, prompting municipal officers to speak with him and ask about his accommodation. Officers then arranged for him to return to his accommodation safely. The operation was part of the city’s efforts to maintain cleanliness and public order in market areas.
