
PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya police, working in cooperation with Banglamung district administrative officials, conducted inspections at two entertainment venues as part of ongoing law enforcement operations aimed at preventing illegal activity and ensuring public safety standards. Authorities confirmed that no violations were found. At 3:18 a.m. on July 2, under the direction of Pol. Col. Anek Srathongyu, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station, senior officers including deputy superintendents for crime prevention and suppression deployed patrol units to carry out coordinated inspections with district officials. The operation covered two entertainment venues: Four Seasons Bar on Third Road, opposite Excite Square, and Bangkok Bar located in Soi Bongkot.
During the inspections, officers checked fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and evacuation routes to ensure compliance with safety standards. They also verified identification documents of patrons and conducted random drug screening checks as part of preventive measures against illegal substances and criminal activity. Authorities reported that the inspections found no evidence of wrongdoing at either venue, and overall operations at both locations were orderly and compliant with regulations. Pattaya City Police stated that similar joint operations will continue regularly in cooperation with administrative officials and relevant agencies. The aim is to maintain public order, strengthen safety standards at entertainment venues, and build confidence among residents and tourists visiting Pattaya.
