City crews were sent out Sept. 11 to sweep Nongprue’s Pong subdistrict roads clean of debris caused by last week’s storms.
Monsoon rains and severe flooding Sept. 7-8 left sand and debris on area routes, making commuting hazardous and causing minor accidents.
The Department of Rural Roads used high-pressure water jets as road crews followed along to sweep away the debris.
