Pattaya crews sent out to sweep Pong subdistrict roads

The Department of Rural Roads used high pressure water cannons, as road crews swept away the debris in Pong subdistrict.

City crews were sent out Sept. 11 to sweep Nongprue’s Pong subdistrict roads clean of debris caused by last week’s storms.

Monsoon rains and severe flooding Sept. 7-8 left sand and debris on area routes, making commuting hazardous and causing minor accidents.

The Department of Rural Roads used high-pressure water jets as road crews followed along to sweep away the debris.
