PATTAYA, Thailand – Floodwater on Pattaya–Naklua Road near the entrance to Soi 12 had receded, with both small and large vehicles able to pass through the affected area at 11.30am on October 21.
Naklua municipal enforcement officers remained at the location to assist with traffic and help protect road users. However, further rain and flooding remain possible on October 22. Motorists are advised to drive carefully, remain alert to changing road conditions and use caution when travelling through low-lying areas.
