Residents of a Soi Khao Noi housing development were told to collect garbage twice-weekly and stop feeding stray dogs following a raft of complaints.

Nongprue deputy mayors Niyom Thiengtham and Suwat Rachatawattanakul visited Eakmongkol 4/1 Village Jan. 19 following complaints from both Thais and foreigners about garbage and wild dogs.

The village council agreed to push residents to stop feeding strays and control their own pets. Furthermore, trash collection would be increased to twice a week to mitigate the smell and pollution from refuse.

Residents also want all village roads opened for use and more security guards.
