CHONBURI, Thailand – A fire broke out at a well-known company in Phanat Nikhom early Saturday morning, damaging two warehouse buildings and prompting authorities to deploy 23 fire trucks to bring the blaze under control. The fire was reported at around 12:40 a.m. on August 22, inside Eco Wood Co., Ltd. on Moo 8 in Nongprue sub-district, Phanat Nikhom district, Chonburi province.

The blaze caused significant damage to two warehouse buildings. Initial reports said there were no injuries or fatalities.

Following the emergency call, Phanat Nikhom district authorities, the Chonburi Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, local administrative organizations, the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Sawang Hetthammasathan Foundation and Eastern Region volunteer firefighting groups sent a combined 23 fire trucks and emergency personnel to the scene.


Firefighters worked to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to surrounding areas. The fire was brought under control without reports of the flames spreading beyond the company’s premises.

Authorities continued monitoring the situation and keeping emergency personnel and equipment ready around the clock. The cause of the fire and the full extent of the property damage remain under investigation.

Emergency crews work through the night to contain the warehouse fire and prevent it from spreading to surrounding areas, with no injuries or fatalities reported.
