PATTAYA, Thailand – Apinya Chomphumas, Director-General of Thailand’s Department of Children and Youth Affairs, led a delegation on Friday, Feb 20, to visit the HHN Foundation for Thai Children at its ASEAN Learning Center in Pattaya, commending its role in advancing education and long-term development for vulnerable children.

The visit aimed to monitor initiatives focused on child protection and youth development, particularly for underprivileged and at-risk children. During the tour, foundation administrators, teachers, staff, and students warmly welcomed the delegation and presented outcomes from educational and capacity-building programs serving children in the Pattaya area.



The ASEAN Learning Center integrates formal education with life-skills training, language development, and moral education to prepare children for further studies and independent living. Students also performed a welcoming cultural presentation, reflecting growing confidence, creativity, and positive developmental progress.

The HHN Foundation expressed appreciation for the Director-General’s visit and continued support for civil society organizations working to safeguard and empower Thai children. The foundation reaffirmed its commitment to expanding educational opportunities and improving children’s quality of life in a sustainable manner, helping nurture future contributors to society.
