If we can hold the event to establish reliability and to indicate our excellence in services, including food, beverage, cleanliness and other services in the room, I think the event will help upgrade our tourism, not only in Pattaya, but at the country level, from the perception of foreign tourists.”

It can help develop personnel, establishing excellent service standards to be used as a benchmark for quality tourism promotion which emphasizes tourism personnel in Thailand.
