Pattaya police arrested two men and a small quantity of drugs during stop on Pattaya Beach.
Tamarong Kulabsri, 32, and Wattana Oamtang, 43, were taken into custody by patrol officers March 30. Two marijuana sticks and a small amount of a substance suspected to be crystal methamphetamine were seized.
Police said Tamarong threw an object on the beach as officers approached. The cops searched the sand and found the cannabis. Police said he admitted selling grass to tourists.
