Re: DSI meets with tour operators to discuss Russian guide complaints (PM Friday, 07 February 2014) – Kind of reminds of my first visit to Thailand, and our Thai tour guide only taking us to places like World Gems, locking us into all day tours to Bangkok to pad those ‘kickbacks’. On my second visit, I got smart, hired a local Thai of my own choosing to take me around. I’ve been friends with her family for over a decade now.
