PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya City is gearing up for one of the most vibrant events of the year as Holi Festival Pattaya 2026 returns to the beachfront, promising three days of color, music, and international cultural celebration.
The popular festival will take place March 13–15, along Pattaya Beach in Pattaya, transforming the seaside into a lively destination filled with bright colors, energetic music, and thousands of visitors from around the world.
In preparation for the large-scale event, city officials held a coordination meeting on March 6 at Pattaya City Hall. The meeting was chaired by Banjong Banduraprayuk, a member of the Pattaya City Council, and brought together assistant secretaries to the mayor, city council members, department heads, and representatives from the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization.
During the meeting, officials discussed key preparations including venue setup, electrical systems, security arrangements, traffic management, medical services, emergency response vehicles, sanitation, waste disposal, portable restroom facilities, and event publicity. The goal is to ensure the festival runs smoothly and safely for both residents and visitors.
The festival is organized by the Thai-Indian Business Association Pattaya in cooperation with Pattaya City, with the aim of boosting tourism, stimulating the local economy, and strengthening cultural ties between Thai, Indian, and international communities.

Organizers expect more than 100,000 visitors to attend the three-day event.
Festivalgoers can look forward to a wide range of activities, including the traditional Holi color throwing celebration, where participants toss brightly colored powder into the air and onto each other — a joyful symbol of unity, friendship, and the arrival of spring in Indian culture.
The event will also feature live concerts by popular Indian artists, energetic DJ performances, appearances by influencers, and numerous photo opportunities against the colorful beachfront backdrop.
Food vendors will offer a variety of Indian cuisine, international dishes, snacks, and refreshing drinks, creating a lively festival atmosphere along the shore.

To ensure safety, organizers will install security screening checkpoints at entry points to check for weapons. Officials also announced that alcohol, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited inside the event area.
City leaders say the festival is designed to bring together locals, tourists, and the Indian community in a joyful cultural celebration while further strengthening Pattaya’s reputation as a global tourism destination.
With the beach set to be filled with music, color, and smiling crowds, Holi Festival Pattaya 2026 promises unforgettable moments by the sea at Pattaya Beach in Pattaya this weekend.
