Pattaya City Hall is organizing the annual Loy Krathong Festival on the Central Pattaya Beach on Tuesday Nov 8.
There will again a long list of stage entertainment, Krathong (floating bowl decoration) and Thai kid costume contests with firework displays on the full moon evening.
