Pattaya’s International Fireworks Festival returns this November, bringing two nights of spectacular fireworks, packed beaches, sold-out hotels, and fully booked rooftop venues overlooking Pattaya Bay.

PATTAYA, Thailand – In just over three months, Pattaya is expected to transform into one of Thailand’s biggest event destinations as the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival 2026 returns on November 27–28 (Friday–Saturday) with two consecutive nights of world-class pyrotechnic displays over Pattaya Bay.

Every year, the festival draws enormous crowds, but this year’s event is again expected to turn the city into a sea of spectators, with tens of thousands of Thai and international visitors descending on the resort. Hotels along Pattaya Beach, Central Pattaya, North Pattaya, Pratumnak, and Jomtien are expected to fill quickly, while rooftop restaurants, sky bars, beachfront dining terraces, and premium viewing venues overlooking Pattaya Bay are likely to be fully reserved weeks before the event. Many visitors book rooftop tables months in advance to enjoy panoramic views of the synchronized fireworks without having to compete for space on the crowded beach.

For two evenings, Pattaya’s famous beachfront will become the heart of the celebration. Visitors can expect packed promenades stretching from North Pattaya to Walking Street, long queues at food stalls and convenience stores, beach bars filled to capacity, and restaurants operating at full speed to accommodate the surge of customers.

Traffic is also expected to be one of the biggest challenges. Major roads leading into Pattaya and Beach Road traditionally experience severe congestion during the festival, with road closures and diversions adding to delays. Finding parking becomes increasingly difficult as the evening approaches, while many visitors choose to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot before the crowds swell.

Pattaya Mail warmly invites hotels, restaurants, and businesses to take advantage of our exclusive 33rd Anniversary offer and showcase your promotions to a wider audience.

The fireworks competition, featuring international teams synchronizing dazzling displays with music over Pattaya Bay, remains one of Thailand’s most anticipated annual events. Beyond the breathtaking performances, the festival delivers a significant boost to the local economy, benefiting hotels, restaurants, retailers, entertainment venues, transport operators, and small businesses throughout the city.

Tourism operators are urging visitors not to leave their plans until the last minute. Those wishing to enjoy the festival comfortably are advised to book accommodation, restaurant reservations, and transport well in advance, as availability becomes increasingly limited closer to the event. With spectacular fireworks, bustling nightlife, and an electric atmosphere expected to fill the city for two unforgettable nights, Pattaya is once again preparing to showcase why it remains one of Thailand’s premier destinations for major international events.
