It was like a scene from Cannes: stretch limousines, red carpet, sequined gowns, tuxedos, a string quartet, models, world class entertainment, flashing of lights from the paparazzi and an endless supply of food & drink. But this wasn’t Cannes, it was The Riviera.
The Riviera Group have always exuded a touch of class to their projects, starting with the stunning sales gallery for the Riviera Wongamat, and to mark the opening of their new showrooms for their new project in Jomtien they held a party on Saturday the 24th of January entitled “Riviera Jomtien, The Exclusive Glamorous Night”.
No one could have anticipated how popular this evening was going to be and within an hour it was estimated that 1000 people had come along to see the new showrooms and sample a touch of glamour.
The event was hosted by Winston Gale from The Riviera Jomtien, and the glamour was in the form of the Brand Ambassador for the Riviera Jomtien, Metinee Kingpayome.

Many familiar faces from the world of real estate were in attendance, as was Deputy Mayor Ronakit Ekasingh, and the entertainment for the evening was a fabulous concert performed by Tuu Popthorn and Napada Sukrit.
The food & beverages for the evening were taken care of by the Amari Pattaya, whose executive chef, Leonard Faust, was on hand, along with Amari GM Brendan Daly to ensure everything went to plan.
Live music was performed by singing sensation Napada Sukrit.
Ideally located on the new Jomtien Second Road not far from the Chaiyapruek junction, the showrooms are situated on the site of what will become the biggest single condominium in Pattaya, on 6 rai of land, comprising of 46 storeys with a total of 1,043 units.

The location means that over 80% of the residential units offer a 360 degree panoramic view of Pattaya City. The direct road makes the project just 2 minutes’ walk to the beach. In addition, the condo is fully equipped with high class facilities, such as a large pool and decking areas on the 37th floor, and the fabulous infinity edge sky pool on the 42nd floor providing a dramatic 360 degree panoramic view over the entire Jomtien Beach area, Koh Larn and Pattaya City.

The massive upsurge in property prices in Pattaya over the years has meant that developers are constantly on the lookout for something different. The completion of the new Jomtien second Road created an opportunity for Winston Gale from the Riviera Group.
“The Riviera Jomtien follows on from the huge continued success of The Riviera Wongamat. Today I’m even more confident that The Riviera Jomtien will be an excellent alternative for those who are yearning for a charming, glamorous lifestyle under the concept of ‘Born to be Glamorous’, at affordable prices, with the exceptional modern chic design. In addition to the accommodations, the project offers a fully equipped, state-of-the-art gym and fitness center, over 300 parking spots, 24-hour security, Wi-Fi internet, as well as recreation areas including the Jungle Bamboo Forest, salas and lounge.” There is an extra advantage of 25 commercial units with one-stop services such as dedicated food and beverage shops.
Winston went on to say, “We are delighted with the level of sales so far, as well as the huge turnout of guests tonight given the challenging market conditions the real estate market is dealing with today.

“We believe again in trying to show potential buyers what the finished product will look and feel like by way of representation within our showrooms. The Riviera represents not only quality, but a lifestyle, too, which we aimed to demonstrate today, long before completion of the project.”
However, as important as the Riviera Jomtien showroom opening was, Winston felt that the signing on stage of Riviera Wongamat Beach Construction Company with ‘JWS’ was equally as significant and important. “We were very pleased to officially announce on the evening ‘JWS’ as our construction company for The Riviera Wongamat Beach. Construction is already underway and we very much look forward to the year ahead.”

The Riviera may have made something of a statement with this wonderful event, showing that in the current situation with so many developments on offer, you have to make a bold & confident statement to make your project stand out above the rest. With over 1000 people saying that this was the party of the year, it seems that the Riviera Jomtien have done just that.
