PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA, 15 February 2012 – The Industry Minister has ordered officials to speed up the rehabilitation process of the Saha Rattana Nakorn Industrial Estate in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, after the works have been found to be slow.
After visiting the Saha Rattana Nakorn industrial estate, Industry Minister MR Pongsawat Sawasdivat expressed his worries over the slow rehabilitation progress, especially the construction of floodwalls. He says he will make sure that the construction will be finished before August. Problems and findings from his visit will be presented to the prime minister on Thursday.
Five industrial estates in Ayutthaya province damaged by the devastating flood last year include Saha Rattana Nakorn, Rojana, Ban Wa, Bang Pa-In, and Factory Land.
