BANGKOK, Thailand – Police arrested a 54-year-old Israeli man and a 44-year-old Thai woman at a luxury condominium in Bangkok’s Huai Khwang district on October 23, seizing methamphetamine, suspected drug-laced cake and a mobile phone containing numerous secretly recorded sexual videos. The Israeli man was allegedly found with 15 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 50 small bags used to package the drug, a weighing scale and a tray of cake suspected of containing narcotics. Police also reported finding information indicating suspected drug sales on the seized phone.
Investigators said the case followed a tip submitted to the Office of the Narcotics Control Board through its 1386 hotline. The tip alleged that the man used dating applications to contact women and invite them to his accommodation, where he would offer them cake. The women were reportedly said to experience unusual physical sensations and increased sexual arousal after eating it, before engaging in sexual activity that was secretly filmed. These allegations have not been independently established, and the suspected contents of the cake remain unconfirmed in the information provided.
The Israeli man faces charges including unlawful possession of a Category 1 narcotic, an expired permission to stay in Thailand for 2,095 days, and refusing a drug test and disobeying an official order. The Thai woman faces charges of jointly possessing methamphetamine and unlawfully using the drug. (TNA)
