PATTAYA, Thailand – Jomtien municipal officers and Pattaya police came to the aid of a homeless man found weak and unable to care for himself while lying on a pedestrian footbridge. Officials were called to check on the man after he was found in poor physical condition and apparently unable to get up or move on his own.
Recognizing that he needed medical attention, the Jomtien municipal team contacted Sawang Boriboon rescuers, who arrived at the scene and carefully transferred him for treatment. The man was taken to Pattaya City Hospital, where doctors were to examine his condition and provide further treatment. The incident highlights the role of municipal officers and emergency responders in helping vulnerable people found in public areas, particularly when they are unable to seek medical assistance themselves.
