
BANGKOK, Thailand – Chulalongkorn University (CU), through its Petroleum and Petrochemical College (PPC), has signed a memorandum of understanding with Green Standard Co., Ltd. to advance greenhouse gas measurement, carbon-reduction education, professional training, and applied research.
The cooperation will establish a standardized greenhouse gas measurement training center under the framework of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization. The two sides will also develop reskilling, upskilling, and block courses to produce certified professionals with practical knowledge of carbon reduction.
Industry challenges will be translated into applied research and practical carbon-reduction solutions, while environmental education will be made more accessible to students, entrepreneurs, and the public. The cooperation is also expected to support the creation of new economic value for Thailand.
