Si San Thai Fair celebrates Thailand’s culture September 2–6

Si San Thai 2026 will bring five days of Thai food, performances, crafts and traditions to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani from September 2–6.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Ministry of Culture will stage the national cultural fair Si • San • Thai: COLORS OF THAI THAI from September 2 to 6 at IMPACT Exhibition Halls 7-8, Muang Thong Thani, offering five days of complimentary activities celebrating Thai food, performing arts, craftsmanship, local wisdom, beliefs, and traditions. Returning for a second year, the fair honors Their Majesties the King and Queen, pays tribute to the benevolence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, and recognizes the benevolence of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita.


Culture Minister Sabeeda Thaised said this year’s event, under the concept Si • San • Thai: Experience the Colors, Create Thai Culture, will present Thai culture as a living heritage connected to everyday life. Visitors will travel through five themed zones covering royal inspiration, Thai cuisine, performing arts, traditional craftsmanship, and heritage, faith, and festivals. More than 60 food stalls and over 100 vendors offering Thai textiles, handicrafts, and cultural products from across the country will participate.

The program will feature Likay, Mor Lam, Luk Thung, Nang Yai, Khon, and Nora, alongside contemporary performances and concerts by artists including Palmy, MAIYARAP, Max Jenmana, and URBOYTJ. Visitors can take part in workshops ranging from Thai cooking and traditional dessert-making to Nang Yai leather carving, Nora beadwork, Khon mask painting, natural-dyed cotton weaving, Benjarong painting, and batik. Immersive and interactive presentations will also introduce visitors to Thai heritage, local festivals, beliefs, and community traditions.



The fair provides artists, artisans, communities, cultural networks, and entrepreneurs from across Thailand with a venue to showcase their work, reach new audiences, and generate income through the country’s cultural assets and creative economy. GrabTaxi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will provide travel discounts for visitors, while Thai and international tourists are invited to taste, explore, enjoy, experience, and discover the diversity of Thai culture throughout the five-day event.
