PATTAYA, Thailand – Ocean Marina Jomtien is reinforcing its long-standing connection with the Na Jomtien community, following a meeting with newly elected Na Jomtien Municipality Mayor Phinyo Sainapha.
Ocean Marina was honoured to welcome Khun Phinyo Sainapha, the newly elected Mayor of Na Jomtien Municipality, during a visit by Ocean Property Co. Ltd. Managing Director Napong Paripontpochanapisuti on 4 August 2026.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss how Ocean Marina Jomtien can continue supporting the municipality through closer collaboration on community initiatives, local development and projects that benefit both residents and visitors.
As a long-standing member of the Na Jomtien community, Ocean Marina has played an important role in the area’s development as a destination for marine leisure, tourism and hospitality. Established in 1989, Ocean Marina Jomtien has grown into Thailand’s largest marina resort complex, with more than 450 berths and a wide range of marine services and facilities.
The meeting also reflects Ocean Marina’s broader commitment to working with the local community as Na Jomtien continues to develop as an important destination on Pattaya’s eastern coastline.
Scott Finsten, Ocean Marina Jomtien’s Harbour Master, has been with the marina since 2010 and has been closely involved in its development and major events, including the Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show.
Meanwhile, the hospitality side of the Ocean Marina complex is entering a new chapter under Cyril Mas, General Manager of Ocean Marina Resort Pattaya Jomtien. With more than 20 years of international hospitality experience, Mas brings extensive experience in hotel operations, openings, repositioning projects and guest experience to the marina-front resort.
