BANGKOK, Thailand – The Royal Thai Navy has announced the August 2026 rehearsal schedule for the Royal Barge Procession, which will be held during the Royal Kathin Ceremony to commemorate Her Majesty the Queen’s 4th Cycle Birthday Anniversary.
The minor rehearsals scheduled for this month are as follows:
– Monday, August 17, 2026
– Thursday, August 20, 2026
– Thursday, August 27, 2026
The Royal Thai Navy invites the public to observe these sessions along both banks of the Chao Phraya River, from the Rama VIII Bridge to Wat Arun Ratchawararam. Weekly rehearsals will continue until the official Royal Kathin Ceremony on Friday, November 6, 2026.
