Former barber shop co-workers bring unsettled grudge to Pattaya 7-Eleven, two hurt

Former barber shop co-workers are questioned at Pattaya City Police Station following a midnight fight outside a 7-Eleven on Soi Bongkot 3.

PATTAYA, Thailand – A late-night argument between former co-workers erupted into a fight outside a convenience store in South Pattaya, leaving two men with bleeding head wounds and two others with minor injuries. The incident took place at 11:58 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2026, when Pattaya City Police received a report of a fight outside a 7-Eleven at the entrance to Soi Bongkot 3 in South Pattaya. Police arriving at the scene found two injured men. Nakarin, 27, had a laceration to his head, while Sinam, 46, also suffered a head wound.


Rescue workers from Sawang Boriboon provided first aid before taking both men to Pattaya Bhattanakhun Hospital for treatment. Two other men involved in the confrontation, Wichit, 44, and Sawet, 28, sustained minor injuries but declined hospital treatment. Wichit told police that the two sides already knew each other and had previously worked together at a barber shop. They later encountered each other near the convenience store, where an argument broke out and escalated into a physical confrontation.


Police took Wichit and Sawet to Pattaya City Police Station for questioning. Investigators will interview all parties and gather evidence before deciding on further legal action based on the facts of the case. Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing and that anyone accused remains presumed innocent unless and until found guilty by a final court judgment.
